K Fair 2019 is ICEE’s second K Fair, having previously exhibited at K Fair 2016.
We were excited to premiere our ColdFold® box range showcasing the new technology; moulding high productivity fold-flat boxes in existing EPS machines using our multi-cavity tooling.
We are already looking forward to K 2022 but in the mean time we will be exhibiting at Interpack, Dusseldorf May 2020.
ICEE welcomes Samil Innopack Co Ltd as our South Korea licensee. Samil are a sophisticated moulder with several manufacturing plants across South Korea and plants in Thailand, Mexico and Slovakia. Samil produce products for key markets such as electronics, food packaging and e-commerce to name a few.
ICEE is excited to be working with Samil and collaborating on projects to service the dynamic Korean market.
ICEE welcomes Atlas Roofing Corporation as our US licensee. Atlas acquired ACH Foam Technologies mid 2018 making them the larges EPS manufacturer in the USA. Atlas ACH have extensive coverage in the US with manufacturing plants in key locations across the country.
Atlas are a progressive company and ICEE is excited to be developing new products with such as innovative company.
We are proud to announce Toho Industries Co Ltd as our Japan licensee. Toho have have 15 plants, 33 sales offices and 7 distribution centres, making Toho the largest EPS manufacturer in Japan. ICEE is very excited to be working with such a well respected company.
Tooling development is under way and production is expected early 2019.
ICEE’s compostable box, made from BASF’s ecovio® plant-derived bio foam, was 1 of 5 finalists at the 12th Global Bioplastics Award held in Berlin 2017.
Although we didn’t win, finishing in the top 5 was pretty amazing and, as a favourite of the judges, we scored ourselves the cover story in Bioplastics magazine.
ICEE won the Packaging Industry Design Award (PIDA) for the 2018 Sustainable Packaging Award – Materials & Packaging Category, held on the Gold Coast, Australia in May 2018.
ICEE’s compostable foam box made from BASF’s ecovio® showcases Australian packaging design and innovation on a global scale.
This achievement qualifies ICEE to enter the prestigious WorldStar Packaging Awards, the premier industry competition held in Prague in May 2019.
